NATURAL HERBAL GELS

Why Gels? – 3 Reasons: Unlike creams, gels can be used on all skin types, are easily absorbed into the skin and do not block the pores in oily or combination skin.

Natural? - All our gels contain a high concentration of herbal extract (10%) with 10% Aloe Vera for an extra rich texture. Honey (3%) in our formulation acts as a natural preservative and moisturizer. The only other preservative is grapefruit seed extract and the fragrance comes from organic essential oils. Our gels contain no artificial colourings, chemical preservatives or synthetic perfumes.

  

ARNICA:

 
Soothes sore muscles and reduces pain and inflammation. An absolute favourite herbal gel used by sports people, outdoors workers and patients for after surgery.

CALENDULA:

 

 Used extensively in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry for its ability in cell regeneration and stimulating wound healing. Herbalists use it as an Anti-Inflammatory Agent that is Non-Steroidal.

COMFREY:

 

 Possibly oldest known herbal medicine. Used externally it is an effective remedy for poorly healing wounds, eczema, psoriasis, and skin ulcers. Also used to minimize the formation of scar tissue.

Evening Primrose:    

 

 A rich source of gamma-linolenic acid. Used for the treatment of eczema, breast pain associated with premenstrual syndrome, itching, redness, dryness and other inflammatory conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis).

GREEN TEA:

 

 It has stimulating effect on the skin and has powerful natural anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals. Good gel to be used for hands and face.

LAVENDER: 

 

 Exhibits powerful sedative and calming properties. This has to be one of the best massage gels on the market. Good treatment for after sunburn and on acne. Popular gel with private clinics for after laser surgery.

MYRRH:  

 

 Excellent gel for stretch mark, skin preservation and minor skin complaint. Recent scientific papers reported the gift of kings to be good effective against cancer.

NEEM:  

 

 A popular medicinal tree in India which is also known as "the village pharmacy."  Been reported to have several uses: Good anti-bacterial action, anti-dandruff, anti-lice, anti-pimple, anti-psoriasis and eczema. Best used as a natural insect replant.

TEA TREE: 

 

 Tea Tree gel is primarily used as a topical anti-fungal and microbial. It has been shown to be effective against spots, insect bites, nail infection and athletes feet.

WITCH HAZEL:  

 

 Improves vascular tone, astringent and anti-inflammatory to mucosa; protects against oxidative stress and ultraviolet radiation when used topically.  Been used by Native Americans to treat wounds and stop bleeding.
